We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from XTM Athletics. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging with tags intact

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Certain items such as gift cards, discounted products, and personalized or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at xtmathletics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping details.
Return Shipping: XTM Athletics will cover return shipping costs only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at xtmathletics@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
