Order Processing: Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods such as sale events, collection launches, or holidays, please allow a slightly longer processing time. All XTM Athletics orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Chennai warehouse.

Shipping Timeline: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery in case of size discrepancy or if the product arrives damaged.
